OSHC Coordinator | 📍 Inner-City Perth

Join us as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a service that truly supports local families through trusted before-and-after school care and exciting holiday programs.

The Role

As the heart of our service, you will take ownership of the daily operations and lead a team dedicated to play-based learning. You will:

• Create a fun, inclusive environment with activities tailored for children aged 5–12.

• Become a key figure in the school community, building strong, trusted relationships with parents and school staff.

• Lead and support your team’s professional journey, providing the guidance they need to thrive.

• Ensure the service runs safely and efficiently by overseeing daily compliance and administration.

Hours & Flexibility

This role offers a consistent routine with the vibrancy of inner-city life:

• 6:30am – 9:30am & 2:00pm – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday).

• Full-day shifts during school holiday periods.

• Enjoy the "middle of the day" break to run errands, exercise, or study in the heart of Perth!

About You

To be successful in this role, you will hold:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

• Unrestricted Australian work rights and a valid WA Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.

• Completed Mandatory Reporting and Food Safety certificates.
